Acquisition & Refund Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Inspection & 100% Approval Guarantee

We want you to be completely confident before your artwork begins its international journey. Before any canvas is sealed in protective crating, our curatorial team can provide:

• High-resolution natural light photographs of the complete canvas and margins.
• Close-up detail shots showing texture, brushwork, and the artist's signature.
• A video walkaround confirming condition and coloration.

Your Peace of Mind: If you have any reservations after reviewing the pre-shipment documentation, you may cancel your acquisition for a full 100% refund before courier dispatch.

2. Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of payment or before courier handoff.

Cancellations requested within this window will be refunded in full using the original payment channel. Once an artwork has received Department of Archaeology export clearance and has been handed to DHL/FedEx, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Transit Damage & Courier Insurance (100% Covered)

Every artwork dispatched internationally is fully insured for 100% of its declared value with our registered couriers (DHL Express / FedEx). In the rare event that an artwork is damaged or lost during transit:

Once verified, you will be offered your choice of a full 100% refund or an equivalent gallery acquisition, with all return shipping and insurance claim logistics handled directly by our gallery.

4. Delivered Artwork & Exchange Policy

Because each piece is an original, delicate work of fine art that undergoes specialized international customs documentation and export procedures from Nepal, acquisitions that arrive safely and as described are eligible for exchange or gallery credit within 7 days of delivery.

If the piece does not harmonize with your space as envisioned:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss alternative works from our current collection.
• The original artwork must remain in immaculate condition and be repacked in its original protective moisture-sealed packaging.
• For discretionary exchanges, the collector coordinates insured return transit and applicable destination customs clearance.

5. Refund Settlement Timeline

Approved refunds (for pre-dispatch cancellations or approved transit claims) are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your financial institution or transfer provider (Wise, bank wire), funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
